"Malling" is a new form of consumption trend where a variety of leisure and cultural activities can take place at one shopping mall as 'one-stop'. Malling has already become a common trend in other advance shopping culture such as the US, Japan, and Hong Kong.

However, the malling trend has been recently popularized upon the launch of two massive shopping complexes consisting of department store, movie theaters, theme park and restaurants.

consumers these days are not solely fulfilled with a shopping place simply providing the act of shopping itself. They seek to fulfill their cultural desire at the same time. Large shopping complexes' success comes from grasping and meeting their demands.
