Return and exchange policy
I've noticed that nowadays, it's rare to find retail stores that offer customers a full refund. Stores are choosing to change their policy so that the store itself will benefit. Return Policies have changed to "Exchange" policy. Exchange policies state that, merchandise can be returned for an exchange or an in-store credit. This policy does not benefit the customers; once they have bought the merchandise they cannot get their money back. The money is the store's guaranteed profit. Even though customers are able to an exchange, the store still has the money.
In-store credit is another method of exchanging. When a customer returns a merchandise, they can get either a giftcard or store credit that can only be used in the store that they bought the merchandise from. It's a good business for the company, but customers are unsatisfied with such policy.

As customers, we should be able to make our own choices especially when it comes to our own money.
